And the journey started with a song,
a great ballad from yesterday.
The pilgrims plight,
is and endless flight,
to the land called Far-away.
On the journey he saw shades of night,
and he passed through skies of gray.
But, he stayed forthright,
as he searched for light,
and the land called Far-away.
On the journey he made countless friends,
and avoided countless enemies.
And he prayed each night,
that he'd earn the right,
to the land called Far-away.
Though, he longed for glory,
his body grew old and fray.
A soul long lost,
is the dreamers cost,
in the land called Far-away.
He lay down in a green meadow,
for he knew his time was nigh.
He relived each scene,
of his minds sweet dreams,
to the land of Far-away.
And though each breath was labored,
each heartbeat found the truth.
And he saw that life,
was both joy and strife,
in the land called Far-away.
And as the darkness took him,
his hopes were bright and gay.
For he'd be one,
with the setting sun,
and the land called Far-away.

To The Land Called Far Away ...
Those Few Cherished Moments ...
There are few things in life that are worth reliving for. There are few things in life which brings back a little smile in the cheek when thought of. There are few things, unintentional or/and unnoticed, that gives you a sense of pride. These are few things that are cherished forever. This might end up boring, but trust me this might make you think at least a couple of small, hard to remember moments etched in one's history.
- Getting all the timely affection and support that you really need and in the process finding out what love actually is
- Getting to slog like dog over a mathematical problem and finding out that a solution for it never exists
- Those moments of pulling each other's leg and in the process laughing so much, that u end up hurting your face
- Walking with your best friend under the same umbrella on a rainy evening
- Those cold coffees at the middle of the night after slogging unrelentedly the entire day and also knowing fully well that the following day is no better
- A one little glance by an unknown person of the other gender amidst a crowded place
- Sending messages after messages to one person, to just say that you are bored to death and in the process bug the soul on the other side and piss him off
- Taking a long drive along the coast road on a slight drizzle and the morning dew
- Getting to listen to your favorite number on the radio when the power is gone
- Just lying down on the bed (feeling cozy) and happily listening to the heavy rains outside, thereby reassuring yourself that the college would be off for the day
- A cool breeze on a beltering summer day
- Small giggles about the profs with a set of friends who don't bother to listen in class
- A really good conversation with a friend whom you have completely lost touch with for a long time
- Getting a chance to ride all the way to the beach when its raining cats and dogs
- Running behind a plastic ball in the beach
- Somehow finding a 100 rupees buried under one of the notebook's cover page and that too when you need it most
- Spending hours on the phone (in the middle of the night) with people you hardly have an acquaintance with
- Doing a blunder and having a laugh over it at a later point of time
- Getting a big hug from the dad after a long journey that made you home sick the very first day
- Accidentally overhearing someone saying something nice about you
- Waking up suddenly in the middle of the night and realizing that there's still many hours left for you to end up sleeping big time
- A little touch or a few words that instills hope into one's belief
- Absolutely end up with a completely different set of people and end up making new friends at the end of the day
- Having the most desired and pleasent dream that you'd wish for
- Spending time without uttering a single word with a really good person who knows you in and out. The struggle to spend time without having anything much to share
- Just hearing the voice of the person whom you love the most
- Those huge fights with people whom you love the most and best is the feeling of unprofunded joy when u make it up with them
- Riding a bike downhill fully knowing that the uphill is on the other side
- Honking nonstop in a traffic jam, just to irritate the guy in the front and piss him big time
- Winning the game for the first time which you'd always play to loose earlier
- While reading for the exams the next day, falling asleep even before your head hits the pillow
- The feeling of "Knowing you made a difference, no matter how big or how small ,just as long as it is for the better"
- Cuddling with a new born baby and admiring its beauty relentlessly
- Knowing fully well that you have helped someone whose undergoing a really difficult time
- Waking up early morning all of a sudden to hurry to the class and realizing that its a sunday
- Getting a huge hug from an affable friend for no reason at all
- Figuring out the most important ones and sharing your true feelings with the people that care most about you
- Falling asleep with the person you love in your arms
- Sitting outside by yourself in the middle of the night looking up at the stars
- Realizing that you really are important in the lives of others and knowing that you have a friend that will be a friend for life
- Anticipating seeing old friends somewhere and somehow
- Having people come up to you to say, "It looks like you have lost weight"
- The smell of rain just before a storm and also the panicky situation after that
- Hogging all the way to glory and finding out that you really don't have the money you desired to have
- Friends who make you laugh when your world has just been turned upside down and it feels like you won't see the sun again for a while
- Coming home from school knowing that you can lay on the couch and not worry about a thing
And most importantly, making a note of the best cherished moments in one's life and sharing with others and making them go ooh ...

Never Say Die ... Ever Again !!!
Exploring the dimensions of greatness and believing that the world can be won will soon be the glory path in this dog-eat-dog world. And for the years to come being skeptical will not be an option and doubts that weaken one’s commitment and resolution would not be worth arguing for.
Foreseeing one’s potential is a vision of the gifted ones; for those otherwise, faith and belief will be the guide to glory. So possess the strength and courage; (Courage to act with conviction, to become what God meant us to be) to conquer whatever you choose. For its going to be the person who never gets started, that is destined forever to lose. Never say die, Ever Again.

Looking Back Now ... Who Cares ???!!!
Its really sad that it had to be this way,
You're my friend and that is true,
And since he's been in your life
You know what FORGET IT
This one's my favourite ...
“I'll never forget the times that we had.
The heartfelt discussions. The good and the bad.
I remember the day you reached out your hand;
and whispered in my ear, "This is only the start.
A friendship like ours,
no matter who goes away can only get better.”
For, you are my best friend.
And I am yours, too.
We're stuck to each other.Just me and just you.
Being with you has been a part of the past.
For these words that I speak may be our last.”

The Luv Of My Life ...
The last one year has been a really nice eventful year with me being held up big time in various activities. Never had I ever realized that time could fly really faster than u actually think and want. Never had I been so busy in my life - to an extent of getting several abuses from my old friends :).
It had been a really great roller coaster ride - Emotionally and Physically!!! Hard days were very easy to come by and it was not that easy to get rid of them. That's when I realized, though every now and then we get to meet new people only a few stay while others move along.
It would not be an exaggeration if I were to say that the last year was the best days of my life in spite of all the lull incidents and again it wouldn't be just if I don't mention “It was all because of only one person". This one's dedicated to her and ONLY her.
“Hard as stone,
With hidden fears;
She loves in silence,
No one hears.
Eyes of ice,
Never to melt.
Locked feelings,
Never felt.
Spirit of steel,
Never broken.
Frozen emotions,
Left unspoken.
Heart of gold,
Beautiful soul, As sweet as it can be,
She means so much to me.”
She was pretty much there in all the happiest and also the saddest moments when u look back at them. It has always been the case of “Been there, Done that” Attitude. I will not forget the visits all through Chennai and especially Globus. And yeah seriously I don’t have words as to say how much she means to me.

Memories on the Railway Tracks
The first day of my college saw me being accompanied by my dad’s office boy, who was pretty much familiar with the stations and the routes. I soon realized that there’s nothing to fuss about since there were only 2 stations in between Saidapet and Nungambakkam. What started of as the only feasible and economical mode of transportation, soon became a place where new friendships started to develop amidst the crowd and the heat.
There were many incidents that range from fighting with the counter person for the timely issue of the railway pass to a close call when hanging by the footboard. Well you must be wondering, so what’s the big deal traveling in a train? Well It was during the college days. Be it early morning for the gym or late night after the movie, I was always assured that there was a mode of transportation I can bank upon. I have seen a radical transformation over the last 3 years – And yeah I Love Trains in all the tenses and that’s the reason am scribbling something here. It sure was Memories on the Railway Tracks
